The primary goal of the Treasury Manager is to oversee all cash management and compliance functions for the Banking Department. Critical pieces of the operation this position oversees includes Investments, Compliance, Paycom Pay and Client Receivables.



  • Coach, advise and develop leaders over the functions of client receivables, investments and cash management and compliance
  • Supervise regulatory compliance maintenance for the Banking department including internal audits, unclaimed property filings, third party processor audits and audits with state authorities
  • Oversee and establish goals for cash management functions including daily cash positioning and forecasting, investments and any support work needed to maintain compliance with loan and revolver agreements
  • Oversee and establish goals for the client receivables function, including the identification of additional opportunities for automation or improvement
  • Supervise activities between Paycom and financial institutions related to cash management, setting up new services, and negotiating signatures for documentation; negotiate price reductions for banking services.
  • Oversee and establish goals for services related to the Paycom Pay product; seek feedback and collaborate with payroll teams to improve both the product and service offerings
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of operational policies, procedures and controls to maximize departmental productivity and minimize opportunities for error; identify and implement process improvements and develop new procedures as needed; champion new technology implementations
  • Evaluate current or expected financial performance impacts and make recommendations to improve portfolio returns for executive management and the Board of Directors
  • Evaluate client escalations that relate more broadly to the boundaries of current operations




  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance


  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance or treasury
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience




  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) preferred


  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
  • NACHA certification preferred
  • Experience using a Treasury Management System preferred
  • 1-3 years in a Cash Analyst position preferred


  • Intermediate knowledge of economic concepts and impacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of cash management strategies and impacts
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of treasury and accounting functions
  • Strong knowledge of corporate investment options and strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong ability to follow through and think critically
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours (if needed)Ability to work flexible hours (if needed)
  • Strong presentation skills preferred
  • Ability to translate data points to better understand team performance preferred
