- The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for fostering high levels of customer service in coordinating all information provided to customers and their families and caregivers and ensuring that they receive appropriate, timely, and accurate health information about the services provided by caregivers, financial services, social services, and other medical and legal entities. Adheres to all Medical Center policies and procedures as well as the HIPAA regulations for Release of Information (ROI).
- High school graduate or equivalent. Completion of medical terminology course and/or medical office work history preferred. Computer experience required.
- One to two years experience in computer entry and knowledge of Windows preferred.
