Digital marketing and analytics have become vitally important to businesses, and the process of extracting a story and value from data along with site enhancements is now critical. Our Senior Marketing Manager – Web Strategy supports ongoing site performance, development and execution through digital analytics and project management of Perdoceo web and mobile properties for the purposes of optimizing student decision flow, lead generation, and student matriculation.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operational leadership of our web analytics and site developments to include user experience, technology requirements and reporting. Maintain global KPIs and benchmarks for and inform team on performance

  • Design and build dashboards, using data from multiple sources, to report on analytics for business drivers, various audiences on website use and engagement flow. Delivers actionable standardized and ad hoc reporting. Partner with agencies to automate reporting creation and delivery

  • Supports the design, development, implementation, and ongoing site enhancements by providing on­going analytics to identify core insights, achieve business objectives and increase user performance

  • Direct and manage site project development from beginning to end. Create and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

  • Suggest, create, and execute multi­variant testing, A/B testing, and performance efforts that drive fundamental improvements to visitor experiences via web and mobile, and other digital assets

  • Manage analytics tagging requirements based on business objectives and data needs

  • Perform deep dive analysis and present actionable business insights for specific marketing initiatives

  • Create and oversee web analytics governance processes

  • Validate data collection and support development of regular management reporting combining digital data and school offline data from multiple sources

Required Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated success using metrics to improve engagement and conversion

  • Strong understanding of digital properties and how to provide actionable insights with site enhancements, audience segmentation

  • Solid analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills with the ability to derive and communicate key insights from data

  • Solid knowledge of user experience principles, interactive best practices, and evolving trends in interactive design and development

Required Skills:

  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Orchard, Tableau, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT)

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment while keeping projects on schedule

  • Displays demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities

  • Detail oriented, organized self-starter with ability to multi­task in fast paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including leadership, clients, and other departments

Required Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in strategic/innovative website management role and/or other quantitative web discipline

  • Hands on experience with analytical, behavioral or digital analytical systems

  • Demonstrable experience and capability to manage projects autonomously
