Schedule Details: This position is a mix of PM and Night shift hours. PM Shift is 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm; Night shift is 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. This position is also scheduled every other weekend, including with holiday rotation.
Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) is a 33 bed tertiary obstetrics center that provides 24/7 multidisciplinary care to women and their families, delivering near 1,750 babies per year. Assist the nursing team with a variety of patient care activities related to services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of the patients. Assist with administrative type tasks (Health Unit Coordinator) for the nursing team. Assist with patient's personal hygiene and dressing changes as needed. Support the nursing staff as needed throughout the shift both clinically and administrative.
What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Wisconsin (Active or expired and on the registry)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Associate (AHA); or ability to obtain upon hire
