Position Summary

As a Home Office Scheduler, you will prepare and update construction schedules in Primavera P6. In this role you will meet with clients to update information; review and analyze contractor construction schedules; and evaluate contractor delay analyses and change order requests for entitlement. You will also draft project-related correspondence. This role will enrich your continued learning as you will be exposed to a vast portfolio of projects from civil to vertical construction.

Position Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of related scheduling experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Strong Primavera P6 proficiency is required.
  • A solid understanding of construction drawings & specifications is required.
  • Experience in the transportation field is desired
