Summary

In this role, you will oversee supplier engagement and program marketing activities such as development and execution of marketing, communications and event initiatives that promote processes and behaviors to enhanced member value.  You will collaborate in cross-functional areas with sales, data analytics, to understand the value and impact to Provista members and assist with achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically work with suppliers to develop individual marketing plans for Provista.
  • Develop communication tools to support suppliers and staff including collateral, success stories and presentations.
  • Develop and manage framework for metrics, score cards, and reporting for Sourcing teams (Provista Custom and Vizient) and supplier executives. Identify areas of opportunity.
  • Analyze the ROI of marketing efforts to increase penetration and adoption to impact suppliers contracted spend with Provista.
  • Evaluate and develop opportunities to promote value added programs to Provista. Market suppliers from each program to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the identification, evaluation, and promotion of other Vizient programs and solutions that have applicability for non-acute members. Work with business unit leaders and program managers to understand the offerings and how Provista and its members can receive value.
  • Manage supplier orientation trainings tailored to custom contracted suppliers on the best way to engage with Provista members and the sales organization.
  • Coordinate supplier expo for Provista Summer Sales Meeting and attend other supplier events including Vizient Connections Summit.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.  Marketing, Business Administration or Communications ideal.
  • 2 or more years' relevant experience required.
  • Ability to use diplomacy and flexibility to successfully collaborate with internal and external stakeholders required.
  • Strong project management skills needed.
  • High sense of responsibility and urgency to execute strategic initiatives.
  • The ability to function effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel.

$57,900.00 - $83,900.00
