Financial Analyst - Metro area
This position will be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Manager supporting the following areas: Purchasing, Fleet & Facilities.
-Fleet Maintain track of licenses renewal.
-On a monthly basis obtain licenses of units by: requesting insurance vouchers, inspection certificates and distributing new licenses to fleet drivers and keeping copies of those for records.
-Participate in monthly calls with leasing company to obtain/provide status and or make requests of items/situations.
-Keep an open channel of communication and provide support to fleet drivers and guide them based on their needs, including but not limited to accidents, maintenance, etc.
-Facilities Support current negotiation of office lease and implementation of remodels or any business need.
-Maintain an open communication with the landlord
Educational Requirements Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong analytical skills Capable of handling multiple priorities Proficient PC software Microsoft and various database applications SAP/Web applications. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Highly motivated and strong interpersonal and skills. Must be highly detail oriented and organized. Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes. Ability to proactively and creatively solve problems Client service and relationship management
Experience: One to three years experience in Purchasing or Accounting/Finance
