Primary Responsibilities

インサイドセールス部門は、組織成長を下支えする為の安定的な案件創出をミッションとして、見込み客の開拓/管理/育成及び案件の創出/進行など複数の役割を担っています。業務遂行の為にはインサイドセールス同士だけでなくフィールドセールスやマーケティング、カスタマーサクセスやソリューションエンジニアなど複数の部門と円滑な連携を行う必要があります。

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1年以上の営業経験
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力と日常会話レベルの英語力
  • 4年制大学卒以上(学士以上)の学歴
A Day in the Life
  • マーケティング活動で獲得した見込み顧客へのフォローアップ活動及びナーチャリング活動を通じて案件を創出する
  • フィールドセールスチームとの密な連携によってターゲティング戦略を策定し、当該戦略に基づいたアウトバウンド活動を通じて案件を創出する
  • 電話やメールだけでなく各種SNS/ビジネスプラットフォームなど様々な手法を用いて見込み客を開拓し育成する
