RVCC is looking to hire a Clinician to work for the ROCA program and our Outpatient Clinic! River Valley Counseling Center, Inc#s Mission is to improve the health of all people in our community. Job Responsibilities: This clinician will work a split schedule - 16 hours in the ROCA program and 24 hours at our outpatient clinic Provide counseling at ROCA young men#s program Provide education groups and group counseling at ROCA Provide therapy services at our outpatient clinic To competently#conduct clinical evaluations of clients of all ages and their families To treat clients and their families, when family treatment will benefit the clients mental health status and to be knowledgeable about the developmental needs of the client and the development cycles of the family To document activities according to established RVCC and regulatory standards To make visits to agencies and facilities where appropriate to client care, including follow-up assessments To coordinate necessary outreach, advocacy, or case consultation appropriate to meet the needs of clients and their families To prepare for and participate and regular supervision To provide crisis care, as necessary, for the clients and families within caseload being handled. # Job Requirements: Education Level -#Master#s degree with a concentration in counseling, clinical psychology, or social work. Years of Experience - 3 years experience as a therapist with a strong background in family work; including crisis intervention preferred. Skills/Abilities - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizational skills; attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession Licensing - LICSW, LMHC, LMFT,#Lic Psychologist preferred but not required. # Hiring Bonus: Up to $2,500 for Master Level, Unlicensed Clinicians Up to $3,500 for LCSW Up to $4,000 for Independently Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Lic.
