We are searching for an individual to join our Trusted and Resilient Systems research group to help shape a more secure future. This position provides maximum flexibility in pushing forward new ideas, new technology, and groundbreaking research. The team has ongoing research in security of machine learning, cryptography, hardware and hypervisor security solutions, as well as developing innovative solutions to the security of open architecture systems.
The ideal person for this position is interested in broad areas of technology and can leverage their interests to develop and study creative solutions to some of the most difficult challenges. The current team resides in Riverside Research's Beavercreek, OH, but we are willing to consider candidates that would prefer to work out of one of our Washington DC (Centerville or Crystal City) offices, our New York City office, or our Boston office.

• Conduct independent research in the area of security and privacy
• Publish and present research in conferences and journals
• Mentor junior researchers and interns
• Work with the team to identify future areas of research investment and develop research plans
• Author technical proposals
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance
• PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar or Master's degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering with five plus years' experience in research.
• Proficiency with software development and revision control (Git)
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Superior written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated publication record
• Experience with DARPA, IARPA, and government funded research
