Growing locally company looking to add a Benefits Specialist to their team. The Benefits Specialist will be involved with the implementation of new organizational software and once that is complete will provide service to the team. The Benefits Specialist will maintain benefits data ensuring it's quality, reviewing error reports and taking appropriate corrective action.. This role also administers the leave of absence and disability programs confirming compliance, reconciles HRA, HSA and FSA accounts. The Benefits Specialist will assist with payroll validation and overall payroll testing and support as well as other responsibilities. Candidates should have 3+ years of benefits and / or absence plans experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, PHR or SPHR a plus; CBP or CEBS a plus.
