Rewarding opportunity for an experienced executive operations leader based in Indianapolis to support our clients operations strategy, reporting to the CEO. Responsible for supporting broad direction, policies, guidelines for the business to support the growth trajectory and business objectives. 7+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced, dynamic leading financial services organization. Experience collaborating with a solid network of strategic partnerships. Help report criteria and core metrics, including leading indicators which will be used to evaluate overall business performance. Improve and monitor internal processes, setting up internal systems, review operation reports by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and continually introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions. Drive decisions for operations activities and responsible for special projects. Ensure that operational priorities are aligned with the company direction. Support the team recruitment & onboarding process. Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, passionate about identifying opportunities and driving change. Requirements

Bachelors Degree Finance. An MBA or Master's a plus. 7 + years experience with progressive management/leadership responsibilities of large teams- in the financial services industry - fast paced, rapid growth environment. Proven P&L management track record. Business line management experience in launching new technology products, and scaling for growth and profitability. Expertise in defining and scaling operational processes, both internally and with external partners. Managing multiple projects in a manner that focuses the team and drives results. Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment. Relo available
