This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. How you will make an impact - Execute regular payroll reporting as required and assist with financial audits related to pay records and associated general ledger - Evaluate data entered by others in the payroll software to include, but not limited to salary/wage increases, benefit deductions, employee termination dates, and employee leaves of absence under FMLA or other unpaid leave - Review payroll areas, fringe benefit reporting, and pay practices related to FLSA to determine how those practices apply to advise management - Prepare voluntary deductions, as well as wage garnishments, pay levies, and other involuntary court-ordered payments in a timely manner, including reporting to the necessary authorities - Accommodate current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws associated with the processing of employee wage data, including payroll taxes, employee federal and state income and social security taxes and other required reporting - Accommodate staff with fringe benefits, pay related issues, general questions related to payroll, PTO accruals, and wage deductions - Aim for timely processing of payroll in accordance with labor regulations and standard accounting principles - Develop systems and protocols to direct the collection, calculation and entering of pay data - Regulate quarterly and year-end payroll reports - Work in partnership Information Technology, Human Resources, and other internal business partners to ensure security protocols for pay systems Interested candidates please submit resume to


- Expertise in Weekly Payroll - Full Cycle Payroll experience desired - Process Garnishments experience highly desired - Garnishments payroll experience - Adeptness in Microsoft Dynamics GP - Process Payroll experience highly preferred - Background working with Year-end Payroll - General familiarity with payroll systems for 100-500 employees - Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Platform - Practical knowledge of Payroll Law - Payroll tax experience - Proficient in garnishments, processing liens, and various withholdings - 2+ years of payroll experience - CPP or FPC preferred - Must have experience working with an HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets
