Robert Half is currently looking for a strong Payroll Manager candidate for a distribution client in Longmont, Colorado. This candidate should have strong experience with payroll software and motivated to grow with the company. Responsibilities: Oversee all payroll transactions for 200 employees, with two payroll clerks reporting directly to you Review and maintain all documentation related to payroll including W2, W4, W3 Calculate employees federal, state, and social security taxes Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts Ensure direct deposits and checks are mailed out on time and complete Answer payroll related questions for employees Monitor paid time off Work with the Human Resources team when needed Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in payroll Management experience strongly preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Experience with NetSuite and Paylocity preferred If you are interested in this role, please apply to this posting and contact Cam Malone at 303.248.2027 today!
