Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a well known industrial services organization in Westchester County, NY. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting the Project Managers with bids, proposals, purchase orders, invoices and day to day administrative task. Day to day responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Scheduling - Coding invoices - Filling out permits, receiving and sending out bids - Creating and maintain purchase orders - Light billing - Answering phones, filing, scanning, data entry - Other tasks as need
- At least 3 years of working experience, ideally in similar industry (construction, electric, HVAC, etc.) - Sage Timberline is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Word and Outlook - Ability to work independently and be deadline driven.
