Robert Half has teamed up with a billion-dollar financial services company to assist in the recruitment of a Financial Analyst. The role will be responsible for analyzing financial results for investment funds. Please email your background to Chris.Willhite@RobertHalf.com or you can call Chris Willhite Position Summary The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for maintaining a current valuation and diversification statistics for a portfolio of diverse alternative asset investments. Essential Functions Track the status of investment interest transfers from contributing clients to an investment vehicle and ensure collection of quarterly financial information during the transition Maintain a professional working relationship with domestic and international General Partners and investment managers of the alternative asset investments underlying the investment structure Analyze alternative asset financial statements and other financial information in order to record changes in the components of Trust valuation Report a reliable and well documented Trust valuation which will be used in Trust calculations and Company corporate financial reporting Diligence in evaluating and maintaining unfunded commitment requirements for all underlying alternative asset investments Collect and report on diversification statistics related to underlying alternative asset investments subject to the needs of the Risk Management department Be responsive to the needs and ad-hoc report requests from the Trust Accounting, Risk Management, and Underwriting departments. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies Ability to identify components of private equity financial statements Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel Analytical with attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization, internally and externally Reliable and self-motivated Adaptable to change related to rapid company growth and search for best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting or economics preferred 1+ years of experience, preferably in a financial services industry Knowledge of Private Equity Fund investments preferred Please email your background to Chris.Willhite@RobertHalf.com or you can call Chris Willhite at 972-789-9590.

- Experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Excellent problem-solving skills - Prior experience in Spreadsheet and ERP system - Skill with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required - Firm understanding of problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Analysis experience desired - Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds - BA/BS degree in finance or a related field - Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience recommended) - Strong communication and social skills
