This position is supporting a TOP ATTORNEY who has paved the way in government relations. Key responsibilities - Maintain confidentiality at all times - Monitor deadlines and maintain the case calendar - Assist attorneys with client intake and key discovery - Draw up various documents and correspondence - Take incoming phone calls, lending an extra ear when phone lines are busy - Efficiently organize correspondence and pleadings, arrange for service on parties - Prepare court filings, sometimes filing them electronically - Assist in preparation of exhibit binders for depositions, hearings and trials - File hard copies of documents as well as maintain the electronic document system Interested?
