The Payroll Time and Attendance Specialist is responsible and accountable for providing exceptional service to our clients; assist clients with their day-to-day processes, providing accurate and timely responses to requests and identify and recommend effective and efficient process improvements, providing accurate and timely solutions for our timekeeping software. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Providing client timekeeping solutions. Answering customer inquiries and concerns, timekeeping questions, software-related troubleshooting, hardware-related troubleshooting, client education, etc. via phone and payroll portal. Ability to teach internal/external customers to use the timekeeping software. Accurately setup of client inbox cases and providing timely responses to clients (all e-mails, faxes, case documentation, and customer support required). Responding to follow-up case related emails from clients or other staff to resolve issues. Assisting timekeeping implementation team with installs. Building client specific rule sets for timekeeping. Building reports or assisting clients with running time reports. Understanding and setting up accrual policies. Assisting clients with payroll processing as it relates to the timekeeping system. Participate in special projects, client training sessions, and company initiatives as requested. Provide customer-focused interaction via telephone and email ensuring timely responses and effective follow-ups to clients and internal requests. Research and resolve client/system problems. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the time and attendance system and changes in wage and tax laws. Assist with the Payroll Department as needed. All other duties assigned by a supervisor.


- Demonstrated ability in garnishments, various withholdings, and processing liens - 5+ years of payroll experience - Experience working with an HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets is a necessity - Well-founded grasp of manual payroll - Comprehension of Time Cards - Wide ranging experience with Payroll Vendor - Experience with eTIME - Quality experience with Payroll Functions - Solid understanding of Full Cycle Payroll - Earlier work involving Process Bi-weekly Payroll - Practical knowledge of payroll for under 100 employees - Good understanding of Process Biweekly Payroll - Previous experience working with Process Payroll - Proven knowledge of in-house payroll - General familiarity with multi-state payroll - Hands-on experience with e-Time - Proficiency in Multi-state Payroll - Payroll experience - Skills in Reconcile Payroll - Multistate Payroll experience - Command of HRIS Payroll System - FPC or CPP most optimal For immediate consideration please call Eric Lebow@ 508-898-0900
