A remarkable Contracts Manager opportunity has presented itself through Robert Half Legal and the position is available for immediate hire. In this role you will work directly under the general counsel drafting, managing and negotiating technology contracts. The Contracts Manager position encompasses maintaining vendor and subcontracts agreements, drafting contracts, and managing and re-negotiating contracts when necessary. Your responsibilities in this role - Direct the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution) - Archive and organize contract templates; obtain signatures on contracts - Update and maintain contracts database - Upgrade and manage contract repositories - Execute and outsource contracts - Check and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements) - Prep contractual provisions and administer contract proposals - Correlate to internal and external requests on status of contracts


- Organized in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion - Able to work across teams and gain consensus of a group of individuals - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent - Commercial Contracts experience - Strong familiarity with contracts - Draft Contracts experience - Experience with Legal Contracts - Command of contract negotiation - Adeptness in Negotiate Contracts - Skilled in analytical, quantitative and social skills - Should be able to work effectively and cross-functionally, think practically and be solution-oriented - 3+ years of relevant experience - Bachelor's degree - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment at a high level - Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - A good fit for candidates that possess strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well - Experience in review and drafting of non-disclosure agreements; preferably, some exposure to software evaluation and licensing agreements This is an excellent opportunity for you to take the next step in your legal career and become part of a dynamic, growing company.
