(March 17, 2014) Responsibilities Market the services of Robert Half Legal to clients in an effort to generate new business through various methods such as cold-calling, calling existing and previous clients, attending networking groups and/or trade associations Negotiate and establish contractual/recruiting agreements with clients Qualify client job orders & job requirements and establish plan to placement Coordinate candidate interviews Provide customer service & counsel clients on strategy to attract & on-board talent Educate clients on current national and local market trends surrounding employment conditions, technical salary ranges and local variances Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients in an effort to earn repeat business Requirements Minimum 1 years in business-to-business (B2B) sales, marketing, and/or account management (required) Interest and/or experience in Legal in a broad sense; preferably experience selling legal solutions, project management, or similar (preferred) Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal (required) Degree is required.
