Our Media client in Westchester County is seeking an interim Financial Reporting Manager. The interim Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for preparing the SEC filings (including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K for earnings releases and SOX supporting binders), preparing the monthly financial reporting package, preparing SOX documentation, process updates to quarterly public filing documents, preparing and analyzing supporting documentation for external auditors and preparing the monthly capital expenditures analysis. In addition, the interim Financial Reporting Manager will assist with corporate close including journal entries and account reconciliations and assist with technical accounting research as needed.
