How you will make an impact - Resolve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups - Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems - Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity sofware, and a variety of other applications used internally - Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Requirements

- IT support ticketing system experience desired - Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment - Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Understanding of basic networking concepts - Comprehensive knowledge of Break Fix - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
