An outstanding company in Wall, New Jersey is in immediate need for a Help Desk Analyst. Daily the Help Desk Analyst will handle a high volume of support tickets and call requests. The ideal Help Desk Analyst will have prior experience supporting a large environment. The Help Desk Analyst will be solving issues with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, password resets, and much more. The Help Desk Analyst must also be open to working holidays and weekends when necessary. If you have great customer service skills and enjoy helping others with IT related issues, then this is the perfect Help Desk opportunity for you. Requirements

Prior Help Desk experience Certifications recommended, but not required Strong knowledge and experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 Able to handle a high call volume environment Flexible working holidays and weekends when necessary Excellent customer services skills
