Nurse Recruiter: To provide assistance to Hospital leadership in various aspects of the total employment process.
Plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive recruitment and selection program for all RN positions within the hospital. Assists in recruitment programs and may perform additional responsibilities and special projects.
EDUCATION: Bachelor s Degree in Human Resource Management, a related area or work equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years previous HR experience is required; Nurse recruitment experience required. Strong communication skills required.
