Hudson Operations Director of Mobile Health will ensure the delivery of world-class patient care through providing leadership and quality driven services aligned with RWJBH's strategic and operational plan. This position will lead and implement the Hudson-located operations of the mobile health division. The Hudson Operations Director will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic vision to improve the performance and stability of RWJBH's mobile health and strategic partnerships.
The Hudson Operations Director will report directly to the Assistant Vice President of Mobile Health and will foster a collaborative environment within the management team in developing and accessing RWJBH's long-term Mobile Health Strategy. The Hudson Operations Director will provide outstanding and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all aspects of Mobile Health, developing broad based relationships with RWJBH, the community and other key stakeholders. The Hudson Operations Director will be expected to lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing management team, all the while emphasizing broad-based strategic planning, analysis and program budgeting.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Responsible for assisting the Assistant Vice President with oversight and management of Hudson-located ALS/BLS Services/Territories to ensure that RWJBarnabas Health is providing contiguous coverage, scalability, and efficiencies for Mobile Health. Responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all stakeholders as well as developing long-term growth and geographic retention strategy. The Hudson Operations Director will maintain Hudson-located responsibility for ensuring a unified structure regarding EMS Field Operations, MICU Field Operations, and SCTU Field Operations. The Hudson Operations Director will also ensure all communication is streamlined within the department, ensuring the same message is delivered strategically to all stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field of study preferred. Must possess and maintain current NJSDoH MICP or MICN certification. Must possess and maintain current AHA BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
