Welcome and greet patients, families, visitors, and personnel as they enter the medical center. Direct the flow of visitors and patient to their respective destination. Answer and direct patient information calls to appropriate areas. Maintain High level of professionalism, privacy, and confidentiality.
High School Diploma or GED required. Good command of the English language. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
