Provides clinical supervision to team members. Responsible for collecting all data related to component operations. Meets productivity assignments. Works with Director to recruit/train/evaluate/discipline team members. Prepares PO's to restock component of program. Encourages staff development efforts including orientation, competency and appraisal reviews. Provides direct clinical services to clients. Performs crisis assessments/interventions per team plan. Performs comprehensive assessments and reassessments. Performs comprehensive service plan/revisions.
Master degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field. Candidate must have a minimum of two years experience POST master degree working full time (or full time equivalent) in the behavioral health field. Supervisory experience preferred. Candidate must have a valid driver license and ability to drive agency vehicles during outreach calls.
