Position Description

The Employee Relations Analyst provides strategic and tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. Conduct investigations to ensure that employee issues are resolved in adherence to all company, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations. Be an employee advocate and the voice of the employee.


This role offers work from home opportunities and would support the Texas Area, OK, LA and AR



  • Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Five (5) years or more Experience employee relations or similar HR function
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to:
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers and HR teams
    • Handle confidential information appropriately
    • Work in a timely and organized manner to meet mandatory deadlines
    • Upskill and train on technology and functional aspects of case management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (intermediate level)
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (intermediate level)
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred



  • Develop and own investigation plans. Conduct fair, neutral, and timely investigations of employee complaints and employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and federal/state regulations and procedures
  • Provide counseling and coaching to managers and provide guidance related to employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination
  • Coordinate with Business HR/Labor Relations COE/Legal team on employee-related claims and escalated investigations
  • Work with management on transitioning employees out of their role or the company. Participate in employee termination and/or exit meetings virtually or in person
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation in supervised region
  • Frequent travel to company sites in supervised region
  • Performs other duties as assigned
