We have an immediate opening for a Lead Systems Engineer.

  • The customer organization is a recognized leader for the rapid evaluation, adaptation, and adoption of emerging, innovative, commercial start-up technologies.  It is staffed with personnel from across the entire customer organization who posses broad knowledge of their home office mission, systems, and technical challenges.  These personnel represent their mission needs to the Customer's strategic investment partner who in turn seeks to deliver emerging technology solutions to solve the most critical mission challenges.

  • To support the organization, the customer is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as a program planner.  As a critical member of the front office team, the program planner will be responsible for a wide range of duties including initial job/request planning, scheduling of time and materials, coordinating with internal/external customers and stakeholders, monitoring job progress, analyzing changes, problem solving, functional integration, and business workflow management.  The candidate will provide assistance across the entire organization as necessary to maintain a well-run, high performing, integrated team.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Must have current/active TS/SCI and Polygraph - no exceptions
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field with 10+ years of experience
  • Must have track record of monitoring ongoing program activities and related initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have experience managing program reviews and associated planning, including appropriate security procedures
  • Must have ability to manage content on SharePoint, an office Website, and shared system folders along with updating postings, announcements, and documentation
  • Must have experience supporting high level customer meetings, including preparing meeting summaries, highlighting action items, and feedback
  • Must have ability to quickly and thoroughly prepare documentation and briefing packages to include consolidating reference materials and developing new materials.
