SAIC is seeking an experienced Operational Tester/ Business Analyst in Chantilly, VA to support DHS.
Job Duties:
Supporting the assessment and evaluation of a complex financial/budgeting system used by multiple government organizations.
Provide business analysis of the system's requirements and regulations to identify validation methods utilizing integrated as well as operational data collection.
Develop complex operational test plans, support test execution and data collection, conduct data analysis, and compose comprehensive operational reports.
Implement key validation instruments through research of available information and coordination with government customers.
Participate in numerous meetings, including requirements gathering and definition, test planning and coordination, and project management, that will necessitate summary notes for the customer.
Observe and record user testing primarily in the metropolitan Washington DC, with some limited travel possible to the Chesapeake, VA area.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field and 2 years or more experience
US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and pass a TSA suitability determination
Experience with IT testing, data analysis, and documentation
Experience with the IT SDLC, including analysis and testing, along with a background preparing structured documentation.
Ability to interact and communicate, verbally and in writing, at a senior level with internal and external customers
Structured attention to detail with the flexibility to respond to rapidly changing priorities
OAT/ Operational Acceptance Testing a plus!
Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Business Suite
Experience working in a collaborative office setting
