SAIC is seeking a highly motivated systems integrator/project manager to help our customer execute integration/automation of telecommunication products across varying frameworks and domains. The successful candidate will apply their extensive programmatic experience to support the technical leads with minimal direction. The candidate must be able to operate independently, being self-driven to meet the requirements of the position. Excellent attention to detail, responsiveness to customers and high quality work products that are well written is essential.


  • Proactive self-starter, capable of operating with minimal guidance and direction
  • Leverage project management skills to assist the customer in project execution.  Tasks include becoming familiar with the portfolio of projects and customers they support, capturing and tracking requirements and tasks, ensuring project milestones are on track, etc
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are required to work with mission partners and the development contractor to ensure completed tasks satisfy mission needs
  • Assist and draft documentation (e.g. Program Management Plans, Work Plans, Requirements, Program Status Reports, etc)
  • Coordinate, schedule and support meetings, draft slides, and collate input from others for recurring meetings (e.g. PMRs, AMRs, Quarterly Reviews, Capability Needs, Program Reviews, Roadmaps, etc) and some ad hoc activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine requirements/entries/information relative to deliverables
  • Be capable of leading large group discussions, driving meeting agendas and capturing detailed notes on behalf of the customer
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
  • Excellent organizational skills related to actions, technical tasks, programmatic items, etc is required
  • Participate in weekly tag-ups
