  • Bachelor's Degree required; Finance, Economics, Business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of investment banking, private equity, corporate development or consulting experience.
  • Ability to independently travel up 40-60% as needed both locally and non-locally
  • Proficient skillset using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to convey the appropriate insights
  • Strong presentation skills in one-on-one, executive briefings and large audience settings with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive change in a positive environment including influential relationships with physicians and teammates to drive behavioral change

  • Supporting Development Vice President in progressing towards achievement of long-term market strategy and financial measurement
  • Pursuing and assessing acquisition, merger and de novo opportunities
  • Developing a comprehensive knowledge of select markets(s) and local healthcare dynamics; build strategy in tandem with Market Strategy Team
  • Building and maintaining network of relationships in target markets (physicians, ASC CEOs, device reps, etc.)
  • Quarterbacking multiple transactions with varying complexity concurrently from origination through deal close
  • Supporting Development Vice President and alongside Operations executive, structure the proposed transaction, develop the business plan, and manage the legal, compliance and executive approvals required
  • With support of Development Vice President, actively participate in deal negotiations and work with legal counsel on the execution of definitive transaction documents (e.g., Purchase Agreement, Management Agreement, and Operating Agreement) to support the successful execution of partnership opportunity
