Description

We are seeking a Senior HCMS Analyst to join our Application Management/Enterprise Platforms team to administer the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) at Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA). The Senior HCMS Analyst will work closely with the Human Resources and Payroll teams to ensure that the HCMS platform is continuously aligned with the needs of the business The Senior HCMS Analyst will be responsible to provide technical guidance and solve complex problems through innovative and strategic thinking.

This position is primarily responsible for:

  • Serving as subject matter expert for all technical aspects and requirements of the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) platform
  • Managing and configuring the HCMS platform interfaces
  • Monitoring HCMS platform security and access
  • Managing HCMS platform updates/releases
  • Translating complex business concepts into practice
  • Supporting the integration of new investments (de novo/acquisition) onto the HCMS platform
  • Maintaining the HCMS platform systems and data
  • Collaborating with the Report Analyst to manage HCMS dashboards/reports
  • Collaborating with the Senior HRIS Analyst to support the HCMS platform

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with HCMS (Human Capital Management System) Administration, strong preference for UltiPro HCM or similar applications
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times a year outside of Alabama

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated individual that can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
  • Able to clearly explain technical issues in a way that non-technical people can understand
  • Ability to be broadly focused and manage multiple efforts concurrently
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
