Description

The ideal candidate for this position should be detail-oriented, have a working knowledge of Medical insurance and hospital credentialing, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities • Enroll providers and their groups in Medicare and Medicaid • Correspond with new providers and collect necessary credentialing documents • Add and update providers in our billing system and credentialing software • Complete hospital applications on behalf of the providers • Complete insurance applications on behalf of the providers • Create and maintain the group or provider's CAQH profile • Maintain the group or provider's PECOS profile • Map applications in our credentialing software • Take on additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills • Good attendance and availability is required Education & Experience • credentialing experience preferred • Existing working knowledge of Intelliapps preferred
