Senior Helpers Caregivers work one-on-one with clients.
Senior Helpers caregivers are matched with a client (or clients) based on their availability, and work independently in the client's home.
Even though our caregivers work independently, they are still part of the Senior Helpers Community – a unique and special place where caregivers can come for support, guidance, training, networking, FUN and more!
Senior Helpers is different – we have been recognized as the Home Care Pulse 2017 Provider of Choice in the Best of Home Care ratings. We have also been named as a Great Place To Work!!!
Benefit package, higher pay rates than our competitors, incentive pay for weekends/short shifts, gas & mileage reimbursement, etc.
We offer various paid training sessions throughout the year – from Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, to Parkinson's Care, and Caring for our Veterans, and more.
Senior Helpers of Madison is the #2 rated Senior Helpers office in the entire country – we have our caregivers to thank for that.
