The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical community and grounds. The Maintenance Technician responds to resident requests and completes work orders.

The Maintenance Technician at Senior Star has a huge impact on the lives of the residents and on the overall culture of the community. - Maintaining the Interior and Exterior of the Community
- Completing all work orders in a timely manner
- Ensuring apartments are move-in ready
- Check and replace AC filters, Pull Cords and Smoke Alarms at regular intervals
- Tours grounds regularly, addressing maintenance needs
- Assists residents as needed
- Completing tasks set for weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance
Previous experience required.
Available Shifts and Hours:
On-call every other weekend
