In this role, you will provide design/formatting expertise and execution for PowerPoint presentations, analytics reports, Word proposals and other client-facing materials in support of Sg2 consulting, sales and service teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute design, layout and formatting solutions that meet project goals and comply with brand guidelines.

  • Work effectively within a team structure to ensure process and project issues are communicated in clear, concise and timely manner.

  • Manage multiple projects, competing priorities, fluctuating workload and conflict within a high-volume, fast-turnaround production environment.

  • Meet timeline and quality standards for all project deliverables.

  • Create files that comply with template and existing brand standards.

  • Promote organizational efficiencies through improvements in workflow and business practices, particularly as related to presentations and templated materials.

  • Serve as an ambassador for the Creative Services department by fostering positive relationships with team, stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for clients in a corporate, agency or high-volume publishing environment required.

  • Expert level in PowerPoint required.

  • High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Tableau) required.

  • Strong communication and project management skills needed.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$50,400.00 - $73,000.00
