In this role, you will support the onboarding and implementation of new members to Sg2's products and services. Responsibilities for this role, include ad-hoc analysis, toolkit creation and report generation to support Sg2's client onboarding and business needs with operational excellence and structured processes.
Support and coordinate client onboarding of Sg2 products and services.
Manage and coordinate internal and external meeting preparation and logistics.
Assist in the development of internal and external resources for project activities.
Help define, create, and lead organizational development of client implementation and training processes.
Provide support to control program areas driving client success maintaining complete oversight of all operations within client onboarding.
Provide materials support to develop and implement strategies to achieve product standardization/utilization initiatives.
Coordinate assigned account staff to successful delivery of Sg2 products and services.
Document via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; assume responsibility for CRM system data integrity and quality as it relates to client onboarding and contractual deliverables.
Support the development of scorecards and tracking tools to monitor both project success and operational metric-based performance.
Maintain reports to program team and leadership defining project progress, risks, impediments, and solutions.
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in client or account management, preferably in healthcare.
Ability to work comfortably with a variety of levels within the organization from staff level to organization leadership.
Superior communication skills, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to react positively to shifting priorities for multiple projects simultaneously and to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
PMP certification preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:$66,500.00 - $96,500.00
