• High school graduate, minimum grade 12
• Medical Office Administration or similar post-secondary education recommended
• Medical Terminology
• Minimum 1 year experience in a health care, medical office or similar environment
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated problem assessment skills
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork
• Demonstrated individual leadership skills
