Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Utilize different methods to effectively source candidates
  • Organize and promote hiring events
  • Recruit, interview, select and administer background check and drug screen on applicants
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  • Support onboarding of new hires
  • Consult with Corporate Human Resources when necessary to ensure proper procedures are followed
  • Complete other projects and duties as assigned

 



Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
  • A four-year degree in business administration, management, human resources or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Disciplined self-starter proactive, resourceful, collaborative team player; detail-oriented and strong follow-through skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Must be process oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management and candidates
