The Hospice Chaplain (Bereavement Counselor) is responsible for direct pastoral care for patients and families at Hospice. Acts as a support person for patients, caregivers, families and staff. Serves as part of an interdisciplinary team and serves as a liaison to patients and families. Other responsibilities will be assigned as appropriate.
- Master's Degree from an accredited seminary required
- Minimum of four units clinical pastoral education required
- Minimum of 2 years ministerial experience required
- Board Certification or eligible for Board Certification through the Association of Professional Chaplains preferred
