In this role, you will work under general supervision to develop content, prepare documentation (participant and facilitator materials) and deliver training for new and existing associates within the Financial Services division. Candidates must exhibit a strong client service mindset with detail orientation, a positive team centered attitude, enthusiasm and professionalism.
Facilitate classroom & virtual training/meetings and assess participant progress; apply adult learning theory to daily activities.
Provide follow-up support to new hires post training, as needed.
Research, develop and modify basic instructional materials with minimal supervision.
Contribute as a member of a project team by collaborating with team members and internal business partners.
Keep abreast of changes within the industry, new lines of business, system enhancements and new technologies.
Knowledge of training practices and principles.
Intermediate-level skills in use of MS Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Manage internal client expectations and meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and learn new information quickly.
Capable of working in a dynamic and changing environment.
Financial Services background; Mutual Fund industry experience preferred but not required.
Peer training/training/ /public speaking experience.
Call Center training experience preferred, but not required.
High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor degree preferred, but not required.
1-2 years training experience, customer service or public speaking preferred but not required.
