- Work collaboratively with all business lines on transactional and potential litigation matters, including but not limited to Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Compliance, Finance and Vendor Management
- Responsible for updating, drafting, and managing the policies that fall under the applicable Legal Team's purview
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required
- Must be actively licensed and in good standing in or another relevant state bar
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of legal experience in or with the banking or financial services industry
- Must have working knowledge of related areas of law in commercial contracts for goods or services confidentiality, indemnification, information technology and intellectual property ownership, data security and privacy
- Strong drafting skills
