About the Team
The APAC marketing team consists of a team of members who oversee different territories across the continent. This position reports to the Head of Growth Marketing, APAC, based in Singapore. This individual will work closely with regional sales leaders to define and identify relevant go-to-market strategy in the ANZ territory. The role requires the ability to develop marketing campaigns and programs, manage regional events execution, and manage budgets at a discrete country level as well as for the entire region as required.

What You Will Get To Do:

With a large growth target ahead, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager in Sydney, Australia, to help build and scale a demand generation engine driving millions of dollars in attribution/pipeline every month to one of the most mature markets in our business. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing in APAC, this is Manager role on an agile B2B marketing team. In this role, you'll tap creative and strategic skills as well as your analytical and experimental skills to craft and execute multichannel acquisition and retention marketing aimed at aggressive performance targets.

  • Develop and drive the marketing priorities, strategies, goals, objectives and tactics to reach sales goals and marketing KPIs in North America

  • Identify the right mix of marketing channels, tactics and programs to support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales pipeline goals

  • Work collaboratively with sales, and product marketing to develop marketing strategies/programs

  • Lead the execution of local marketing activity from digital to events and through direct and indirect channels

  • Identify local content to develop, write and spread in the market either with our content team, our PR manager, or agencies to improve our awareness.

  • Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and new features in online advertising, making recommendations and launching new channels and campaigns where appropriate.

What You Will Bring

  • 5 years B2B marketing experience, ideally SaaS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Successfully built scalable Global Marketing and ABM programs

  • Experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline growth using traditional vehicles and modern marketing tools and channels including, but not limited to: list building and targeting, webinars and digital events, direct mail, social network targeting, etc.

  • Strong collaborator who partners with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding business results

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • You're inquisitive and innovative. You have a “test and learn” mentality and a hunger to leverage the latest technology and methods to drive growth.

  • Extremely detail-oriented and strong project management skills
