Responsibilities:
Work as the primary relationship owner for Senior key partners (Advisory Consulting like Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG and local system integrator in Japan) and be the main point of contact for partners for both deal acquisition and products and service delivery.
Based on the Engage partner program, you will work with partners to:Understand your partner's business and Blue Prism strategy, jointly set business goals, and develop go-to-market strategies.
Lead the development and execution of a Go To Market plan to achieve these goals and help achieve annual sales targets.
Help partners identify, develop, forecast, and manage opportunities to achieve their revenue goals on an industry-by-industry basis.
Collaborate with Blue Prism End User Sales, Solution Consulting and other relevant departments in the execution of the Go To Market plan.
Plan and implement regular activity review plans in collaboration with partners.
Create opportunities for relationship building at executive and management level on regular basis
Work with relevant departments to proactively promote Product Enablement activities for partners to improve their ability to sell Robotic Automation.
Plan and execute regular informational events to support partner business generation.
Work with Marketing to develop an annual marketing plan with partners to maximize ROI by implementing joint demand generation campaigns and pipeline generation activities using MDF.
Collaborate with relevant departments to implement more activities, participate in partner satisfaction surveys, and use the results to develop and implement measures to improve overall satisfaction, including improvements to the Engage program.
Lead, coach, and coach team member (one subordinate) as playing manager

Requirements:
Minimum 8 year experience in a commercial Partner/Alliance and 3 year experience in enterprise sales with proven success. Inquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find new opportunities.
Excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycle and a proven track record of successful solution selling.
Broad industry experience - Advisory Consulting, Alliances, channels.
Able to develop long-term relationships.
Able to develop executive relationships.
Mixture of new business and account management.
Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
Ability to recruit and manage a virtual' team to support themselves and the partners. Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment Credible at executive and operational level.
Native level Japanese is a must. Business level English is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of automation technology industry is especially good
People manager experience is preferred.
