The senior eLearning developer has a mission critical role within the Global Talent Learning Content Development team—to bring learning content to life for our partners. This partner contributes to Starbucks success by designing, developing and maintaining innovative, engaging retail and enterprise digital learning solutions and performance support tools. This partner will craft consumer-grade UX designed learning solutions.
As a senior eLearning developer, you will…
Develop innovative, globally relevant online learning content to increase partner engagement and performance, using content written by learning program managers (instructional designers)
Utilize Starbucks development processes and standards, standardized storyboarding and prototyping templates/wireframes within the LCMS authoring tool.
Co-create cross-functional production processes and work with diverse set of teams and partners to ensure they are aware of production capabilities, timelines, and responsibilities
We'd love to hear from people with:
6 years' experience in online training and/or web development
2 years' business experience in retail or customer service industry
2 years' experience developing learning materials in a variety of modalities (such as workshops, eLearning, job aids, or performance support tools.
1-year experience with mobile learning
