The position consists of answering and documenting all incoming telephone calls to assist customers with rental their rental needs. The position includes increasing revenues by opening new accounts, suggestive selling, building and maintaining professional relationships, and coordinating / providing services for our customers. This includes taking orders for deliveries, pick-ups, and fielding telephone calls that require some mechanical or operational troubleshooting with equipment. May deliver equipment occasionally.
Required Skills and Experience
Customer Service experience
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
Familiarity with construction/equipment industry preferred
Proficient computer skills – MS Office; AS400 a plus
Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
Valid driver's license
Process sales contracts
Support the entire operations team
Answer and direct incoming calls
Build and maintain long term business relationships
Deliver industry best service
Able to work a rotating on-call weekend schedule
