Within SPA, the Joint and Air Force Analysis Group (JTAF) provides analytic support to the Air Force (AF) and multiple Joint Staff clients. Our work includes the recapitalization efforts within the nuclear enterprise and the modernization initiatives of the B-2 stealth bomber. Our expertise includes DoD policy, acquisition, systems engineering, financial management, Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Department of Defense Air Force (DoDAF) architecture development, and program protection. We provide quantitative war gaming analysis, acquisition program support, and scenario analysis to support resource allocation decisions, military operations, and joint training assessments.

SPA has a near term need for a seasoned Military Operations Analyst.



Responsibilities

In this role, you will support DoD clients in providing timely and objective assessments to the Air Force and Joint Warfare community, conduct operations analysis, wargaming, and operational training. Additionally, the candidate will support SPA Business Development within his/her area of expertise.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • 15+ years' experience in the Air Force with Bomber and/or Fighter operations experience.
  • The successful candidate will have MAJCOM or higher staff experience
  • The successful candidate will be a graduate of a DOD Intermediate Service School.
  • Active Top Secret DoD security clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Air War College Graduate.
  • Master's Degree.
