You will define and implement the global FEDERAL-MOGUL DEVA market strategy. This includes the Product-, Customer-, Sales and Marketing strategy. You will lead, inspire and guide our global team to enhance our business around the world. In this role you will be a key member of the global FEDERAL-MOGUL DEVA Leadership team.


  • Lead and develop the global Sales and Marketing organization of FEDERAL-MOGUL DEVA (Major focus on Germany, Europe, USA and Asia-Pacific).
  • Build strategies to grow our brand on global markets.
  • Extend and maintain the FEDERAL-MOGUL DEVA customer portfolio.
  • Maintain a strong collaboration between your Sales Team, R&D, Manufacturing and the Management Team.
  • Analyze white space and define strategy to fill.
  • Develop product solutions and sales strategy based on collected and analyzed data.
  • Develop the annual revenue and profit plan and bring it in agreement with the DEVA and FEDERAL-MOGUL management.
  •  Break down the global sales plan and set local strategies for sales representatives.

  • Ideally a master degree or equivalent in engineering with special focus on metallic materials and composite materials.  A business degree with a strong technical understanding is also suitable.
  • Multiple years of leadership and management experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong analytical skills.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and German language.
  • Interest and ideally experienced in working with foreign cultures.
  • Flexibility to travel and if necessary being present globally.
  • Ideally knowledge, network and work experience in DEVA market segments (bearings in industrial markets for Offshore, Injection Molding Machines, Steel Industry, Tire Mold Industry, Hydro-/ Wind Power Industry and Turbines).
