The Associate Digital Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the technical direction, strategy, overall prioritization, design, and development of eCommerce platforms.
• Define and drive priorities for engineering sprints and eCommerce product roadmap
• Ensure roadmap aligns with company strategic direction and initiatives
• Design A/B experiments to validate and optimize new features
• Collaborate across functions (e.g. Marketing, IT, Training, Operations) to ensure the timely delivery of products
• Analyze latest market trends to provide guidance for future technology initiatives
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with leaders across the enterprise to ensure priorities and feature requests
• Administer the online ordering platform

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required

Experience:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for consumer facing digital commerce products
• Agile Product Management experience, preferably on customer-facing products
• A love of new technologies and the drive to find ways to implement better tools and processes
• A passion for driving an improved customer experience as well as a passion for improving operations
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for discovering consumer behavior, trends, and opportunities for innovation
• Experience translating customer or business needs into product features

Computer Skills:
• Experience with Google Analytics and e-commerce analytics and tracking
